Youth & Student Programs

At the Orlando Salsa Congress, we believe the future of Latin dance lives in our youth and young adults. That’s why we are intentional about creating opportunities for kids, teens, and college students to grow, perform, and fully experience the energy of a world-class dance congress.

While our congress offers workshops open to all levels of dancers, we also make a strong commitment to our younger generation by providing:
Workshops for All + Dedicated Youth Hours
  • Specific workshop hours dedicated exclusively to our dancers under the age of 17
  • Age-appropriate training environments
  • Structured learning that builds confidence, technique, and stage presence
Performances
Performance is a major part of growth, and we proudly provide our youth with the opportunity to perform on stage during the congress. We offer a Youth Performer Pass (17 and under) as well as Performer Passes for college clubs, which:
  • Allows young dancers to perform in the congress showcases
  • Includes access to the full congress experience (no access to the LDC competition - you’d need a full pass)

This means our youth dancers don’t just perform — they get to immerse themselves in the event, watch world-class artists, attend workshops, and be inspired by the global dance community.

  • Last day to purchase a performance pass will be July 2nd, 2027 - no exceptions. After July 2nd, only Full Passes sold
  • Music must be uploaded before Congress starts. Music submission deadline is July 2nd, 2027
